My wife and I are retired. She was diagnosed with a severe disease which most probably is terminal. She decided that most of all she would like to tour the United States to visit various historical sites and parks. We spend some time trying to determine the best way in which we could do this. Because our trip would cover a great deal of mileage, we chose a midsized pick-up truck and the Micro-Minnie, 1706FB. After a careful search on the internet, we found one which had all the options necessary. We contacted American RV and made an offer that was accepted. Robert Wentzel was our contact point and he would handle the paperwork and necessary additions such as our King Quest satellite antenna. We would pick it up in Grand Rapids, MIch. and start our return trip to Santa Fe, NM checking everything out. Our meeting and transaction of necessary paperwork couldn't have gone any better. The inspection of the unit and the walk around demo of all systems was done by Greg and Scott who are a credit to the company. We were finished and on our way by 1pm and off to our first stop in Ft Wayne. The trailer towed perfectly to Ft Wayne and our first night was spent in temperatures dropping to 25 degrees. All went well and the next morning we were off again. The entire trip was a pleasure and couldn't have gone better, all made possible by American RV.
